Terms of Service

1. Accepting These Terms & Your Account
By downloading or using FaceShift, you're agreeing to these terms. They apply to everyone who uses the app, whether you have an account or are just trying it out as a guest. If you're under 13, please don't use FaceShift. If you're between 13 and 18, make sure a parent or guardian is on board first. When you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Please make sure the information you provide is accurate — using fake names, impersonating someone else, or creating accounts for misleading purposes goes against these terms and may result in your account being removed.
2. What You Can & Cannot Do
FaceShift is here for personal, creative, and non-commercial use. You're welcome to swap faces in photos and videos, share your creations with friends, and post them on social media. Your subscription is for personal use only and cannot be resold or commercially exploited without our written permission. That said, some things are simply off the table. You may not use FaceShift to create content that is sexually explicit, hateful, discriminatory, or designed to harass or harm another person. You also may not swap the face of a real person without their consent in a way that could damage their reputation or mislead others. Creating non-consensual intimate imagery is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
3. Paid Plans & Refunds
Some features in FaceShift require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We generally don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, but if you feel you've been charged in error or a significant technical issue prevented you from using the service, reach out to us. We're reasonable people and will review every situation fairly.
4. Disclaimers & Changes to These Terms
FaceShift is provided as-is. While we work hard to keep things running smoothly, we can't guarantee the app will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and you're responsible for ensuring your creations comply with applicable laws. We may update these terms as the app evolves. When we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or an in-app notice before they take effect. We'll always be transparent about what's changed and won't make updates that are intentionally confusing or unfair.
